The products are manufactured in Austria and Germany according to the highest quality standards.

How should the products be taken?

How do I know which product to take for what?

How do I know if a product is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and pork-free?
This is indicated on each package using pictograms. You can see for each product whether it meets your requirements or intolerances. Our products are also palm oil-free, GMO-free and contain no additives
Order
Do I have to register to order?
No, you do not need to register, it is possible to order as a guest.
Is there a minimum order quantity or minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value or minimum order quantity. However, you save on shipping costs for orders over € 60.00
Will I receive a confirmation after purchase?
Yes, after completing the purchase you will receive an email to confirm. Please check your SPAM folder if necessary, otherwise please contact us at info@puristic.net
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, subsequent changes or cancellations are not possible, as the order is forwarded to the warehouse immediately after payment is completed. However, you have a 14-day right of return, provided the products are in their original sealed and packaged condition. Due to legal requirements, products that have already been opened or started cannot be returned.
Shipment
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are €4.90. For orders over €60.00, shipping is free.
To which countries are the products shipped?
At the moment, shipping to Austria, Germany and Italy is possible. If you are interested from other countries, please write us a short email to the following address: info@puristic.net
Is it possible to change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address after the order has been completed. However, you are welcome to separate the billing and delivery addresses and enter two different addresses here
When and by whom will my order be shipped?
After payment, the order is immediately sent to our warehouse and packed (Monday to Friday). The package is then sent the following day by Austrian Post.

How long is my right of return?
There is a 14-day right of return.

Due to legal requirements, opened or partially opened
Products cannot be returned. Only original sealed and
packaged products can be returned.
How does returning products work?
After registering the return with us, please return the originally sealed products well packaged to the address we have provided.
Who pays the return costs?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns at the moment, so you will have to pay for them yourself.
